It was compatible with producers' existing equipment, and Hoffer could offer it in a variety of shapes, colors and materials, depending on the customer. Trust-T-Lok offered brand owners seal integrity and tamper evidence, and it met choke-proof requirements for children and toddlers. The result was a line of closures for flexible pouch packaging called Trust-T-Lok that met a need in the food and beverage industry. But the family-owned molder had the talent on staff to develop a product, plus strong relationships with customers, suppliers and design engineers that would prove essential to making it happen. "For a long, long time, we did not want to be design responsible," William Hoffer said. The move marked a big departure from Hoffer Plastics' roots in custom injection molding. The strategic answer to that question was to develop a proprietary product. "So the question that the group asked was, 'What happens if they went away?'" "To be able to tell the whole story, we have to go back to a conference room in 2009, when we were doing strategic planning, because we recognized at the time that we had a customer - and they're still one of our largest customers, and we love them dearly - that too much of our business was coming from," Alex Hoffer said. The seed for Hoffer Plastics Corp.'s recent growth was planted more than a decade ago - even before the company won the Plastics News Processor of the Year award in 2012 - according to Alex Hoffer. If finances don't allow it, all I can say is I feel for you.South Elgin, Ill. You want quality for a quality engine, these are top of the line. So what was the information BBI does not provide? Or is it someone TOLD you they do not provide and you never bothered to check before sticking your foot firmly in your mouth? Word of advice, check what you are being spoon fed is quality info are just plain crap.īottom line, you want to feel\hear\see the difference between BBI and others buy them, install, and enjoy. All pulse widths are linear above 2000µs so you can easily interpolate the injection quantity. You can find the injection quantity a 3 different rail pressures on every pulse width between 150µs and 2000µs. If you can bother to READ the certificate EVERY injector set gets you will not only a couple test points like others provide but also mappings for each individual injector. Stage 1.5's are near 185mm³ which is about 1.42% of OE in the complete injector. Stage 1's are near 163mm³ (that would be 163/130 for the arithmetic challenged) which is about 1.25% of OE in the complete injector. Given the OEM injection quantity is 130mm³ 1600 bar / 1700µs test point: Now that we have established you are sorely lacking in simple reading skills and basic math, or just don't give a crap and want to blow smoke, let's do the math with the numbers provided. Why don't you kick this though around for a bit when some tells all about their injector nozzles Does that nozzle rating equate to roughly the same injection quality? Tell me, what do you have with 75% over nozzle flow rate that will only return a 60% injection quantity? You have junk, but you got 75% nozzles so that must be the absolute best thing available!!!! Guess what, BBI's 24% over nozzle rating actually returns close to a 24% gain in injection quantity quite unlike a LOT of other nozzles. Have no idea where you ever got the idea BBI does not rate the nozzles flows over stock, it is in every set you get and posted on their web site, EVERY single injector flowed and rated on their Bosch test bench. Stage 1.5's have a rated nozzle flow of 43% over stock so it is a pretty good assumption that 850 HP and a good bit more is quite possible, all things being equal. Just so you KNOW it now, Stage I's are a 24% over stock nozzle and have made over 800 HP. Obviously since you don't KNOW it it must not be possible.
